Do you want to learn a some new skills in the kitchen? Have you run out of ideas to keep the family satisfied at meal times?

Apple Tree Cooking classes are run from our large family Kitchen in a recently converted Barn, in the Monmouthshire counrtyside. Classes are small, with no more than 12 people at any one time. Classes are also great fun, informal and are suitable for any one, from a beginner to the more experienced home cook looking for new ideas.

I am starting new classes from the 17th Sept. Class titles include: Cooking for the Family, Easy Entertaining, Cooking for a Crowd, Sauces for Courses, and Christmas Masterclass.

Classes are generally held in the evenings, but I am able to hold private sessions if you can get a group of 8 or more together. I have held staff nights, birthday parties and hen do's, where BYO is quite popular! Classes are sociable and fun, leaving you with confidence and new ideas to try at home.

Children's workshops are also catered for as well as children's cooking parties.

Classes cost from £25.00 per session,which includes welcome drink and nibbles on arrival, cookery demonstration, recipe cards and dinner/lunch. Duration is approx 2 hrs. Discounts are available for group bookings.
